Information we collect

Contact forms: name, email, phone, property address and any information you voluntarily provide (confidential valuation or buying project). This data is used only to respond to your request.
Audience measurement: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized browsing data (pages visited, referral source, device) to help us improve the site.
Advertising measurement: only if you choose "Accept all", the Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram) is loaded to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show our properties to people who visited the site. If you decline or choose "Analytics only", the pixel is never loaded.

Cookies

No measurement or advertising cookie is set before you answer the banner shown on your first visit. Three choices are offered: "Decline" (no non-essential cookies), "Analytics only" (Google Analytics) and "Accept all" (Google Analytics and Meta pixel). Your choice is stored locally in your browser, applies to every page of the site and can be changed at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the site; declining prevents the relevant scripts from loading, including after a reload.

Communication and retention

Information submitted through forms is delivered to the team by our hosting provider (Netlify) and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept only as long as necessary to process your request and any agreed follow-up.

Your rights (Law 25)

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to vchaput@sothebysrealty.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
