Information we collect

Contact forms: name, email, phone, property address and any information you voluntarily provide (confidential valuation or buying project). This data is used only to respond to your request.
Audience measurement: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized browsing data (pages visited, referral source, device) to help us improve the site.

Cookies

Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you give consent through the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed by clearing the site data in your browser. No advertising cookies are used.

Communication and retention

Information submitted through forms is delivered to the team by our hosting provider (Netlify) and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept only as long as necessary to process your request and any agreed follow-up.
